Description
Record is in strong VG condition. Both sides are very glossy, with some light marks that do not seriously affect play. Side 2, track 1 has a visible scuff but it does not seriously affect play. This record plays through well with slight surface noise (plays like a strong VG+). Labels are very clean, with some minimal wear as can be seen in the photos. Original book-style jacket is in VG++ condition. Front and back covers are very clean with some very light general wear. The red faux-leather binding along the spine is in good shape. Its outside edge is splitting in places but it is fully intact from the inside and has strong structural integrity. The inside photos are in great shape, with very crisp corners and colors and minimal wear. There is a small bit of writing on the inside advertisement page, as can be seen in the photos. Overall this is a very nice playing and looking copy of this rare record and would make fine addition to any collection (or Christmas list!). I use the Goldmine Grading Guide and grade conservatively.
Matrix numbers are H2 PP6526- 3S B3 / H2 PP6527- 4S A4. This appears to be a Rockaway pressing.
