Condition: EXCELLENT. NEVER IN CIRCULATION. ONE OWNER. THERE IS ONE FLAW---AN EIGHTH INCH TEAR ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF "HOW GREAT" ABOUT MID WAY. IT LIES ALONG THE SEAM AND ONLY IS ON THE UPPER FOLDOVER PAPER. Y0U CAN SEE IT IN OUR GALLERY PHOTO. THERE IS A SLIGHT LABLE RING NOTICEABLE . PLEASE NOTE WE ALSO HAVE THE DJ PROMO OF THIS RECORD UP FOR BID AT THE PRESENT TIME.

(N) New: Dealer Stock, Mint, New
(NM) NEAR AS POSSIBLE TO NEW
(E) Excellent: very slight wear. Little surface noise. Playing surface retains much of the original shine.
(VG) Very Good: Fairly clean copy with some noticeable noise.
(G) Good: Considerable wear, surface noise, surface graining.
(F) Fair: Noisy, no surface luster remaining.
