Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1972 release of He Touched Me / Bosom Of Abraham released in the USA.
The record itself (74-0651 dog on left)is in EXCELLENT- condition.
There are some light marks/scratches. (nothing too deep or drastic)
The labels are CRISP,CLEAN and have NO WRITING(see photos)
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $150 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+ )for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is over 39 years old and shows a few signs of ageing.
There are NO or WRITING.(see photos)
The only thing that stops this from grading higher is some ringwear/creases and a rip to the top opener on one side. (see photos)
There is also some tape which i believe to be just a precautionary measure to stop a couple of small staple holes from getting bigger.
This sleeve does not come up for auction very often!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $180(£120 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £130.
THIS WOULD BE A GREAT AFFORDABLE COLLECTION FILLER UNTIL THAT (£160+) MINT RECORD AND SLEEVE COME ALONG!
With a starting price at under half that you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
