Description

Fairfield Parlour  From Home To Home

genuine UNPLAYED?? UK VERTIGO 1st (only) press

provenance: previously Kaleidoscope (Tangerine Dream, Faintly Blowing) superb UK Psych band

orig UK Stereo LP:  VERTIGO 6360 001 1970 1Y/A  2Y/1

matrix:   6360001 1Y/A 1 11  /  6360001 2Y/1 1 11 - genuine 1st press

swirl bag: correct date stamped (B 1/0470) poly-lined swirl bag - super clean

label:  large swirl above spindle, "vertigo" below spindle - superb no spindle at all

sleeve:  textured g/fold sleeve, designed & photographed by Keef

textured g/fold sleeve with straight true spine all seams light storage rubbed corners rubbed too (see pic 12); one tiny pen mark inside cover; super clean Vertigo label with no visible spindle; super clean factory fresh spanking copy with no visible play at all wow! (see pics)

I believe this is a genuine unplayed copy I think I am the first to remove the record from the sleeve to take the pictures above (look at the label - there is simply no spindle) instead the spindle hole still has that surplus vinyl that any new 70s record had before it had been on a turntable)

I have never seen vinyl (let alone VERTIGO) in better condition - simply stunning
