FRANK ZAPPA London Symphony Orchestra Vol. 1 LP 1983 First Pressing Near Mint Barking Pumpkin Records Catalog Number FW 38820.
The vinyl is near mint. The printed inner sleeve is near mint. The album cover is clean and beautiful and is near mint except there is a small dent at upper left corner and tiny dings at bottom corners - not very noticeable. The "LONDON SYMPHONY ORECHESTRA" and "ZAPPA" lettering on the front cover are raised / embossed.
When Frank was on the David Letterman show promoting the release of this album, he said there were 6000 copies pressed and when they're gone they're gone. Well there was a later repress, but this is one of the originals. I know that because I purchased it as soon as it was available after that TV appearance. This record has been carefully stored in a poly sleeve all of its life.
