****On Sunday January 21st the U.S. Post Office again raised postage rates for both U.S. and Overseas customers.****

Shown in photos is a high grade 1959 TEEN BALLAD 45 with a PICTURE SLEEVE on the Chancellor record label by Frankie Avalon titled "Venus" b/w "I'm Broke" (also good).
The condition of record is near mint and sleeve is VG with normal wear...........and there is a low "opening bid" ...........see photos.
