Description
FREDDIE McKAY - Another Weekend / EARL SIXTEEN - Live Together (Greensleeves GRED46) - 12"- 1981 Decent original copy of this highly sought-after Greensleeves 12" featuring Freddie McKay's Another Weekend backed by Earl Sixteen's H-E-A-V-Y roots masterpiece Live Together, both of which segue into their dubs. Back-to-back killers, arranged and produced by Linval Thompson and Mickie Scott, mixed by Scientist, with riddims courtesy of The Roots Radics. There are plenty of light and lightish surface marks and hairlines, plus some light scratches and scuffs - nothing serious - see descriptions below. Both sides actually play better than they look - check-out the clips. A-side: There is a tiny / very small amount of background surface noise with very small and small pops and clicks plus an occasional slightly more prominent one. Grade - varies between VG/VG+ and EX-/EX B-side: There is a tiny / very small amount of background surface noise with very small and small pops and clicks plus some slightly more prominent ones (mostly at the end). Grade - varies between VG and EX-
Labels: Both labels are pristine (see scan).
*** More Roots, Dub and Dancehall 7" & 12" singles and LPs will be listed daily over the next few months ***
