FREE: Tons Of Sobs, UK Island 1968 1st pressing LP. ILPS 9089 stereo (no monos). Truly exceptional 1st pressing here!! On the heavy vinyl rough textured Island Pink 'Eye' label. The best copy I have ever seen (well maybe one other to match it). A2, B2 matrixes.

VINYL is graded visually MINT-, unmarked & barely played (1-2 times maybe). Only a few barely visible hairlines from storage only, seen under strong light only. Labels show one or two spindle marks only – a barely played lp! Audio is EXCELLENT+, stunning audio with the odd tic here and there, typical for the earliest 'rough' label Island pressings. But the sound is positively superb from A to Z. A pure joy. In the 1st short track of side 1 I heard a short hiss sound, which is most likely a slight pressing flaw, lasting less than a second.

COVER is EXCELLENT+, one of the best I have seen. Solid spines, minimal wear on upper left corner.

POLYINNER is EXCELLENT condtion, barely any creases, very few signs of use!

GRADINGS

MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or
else.
EX is also VERY nice, 2-3 light marks perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
VG+, a nice player, but probably has some visual impairments, and some clicks or light noise in places; always see the individual description.
VG: Rarely put of for sale, an ok copy, but always see the individual description.

PLAYGRADING

I play-grade parts of or whole LPs to determine the actual sound-quality of the item. Palygrading is done on a quality system with an Linn LP12 as the main source.

SHIPPING

I SHIP IN BAND NEW CRUCIFORM shipping boxes with stiffeners & extra corner protection always added. .The boxes are slightly bigger than the normal LP-size, thereby providing good protection of corners and edges. I remove LPs from sleeves, in order to prevent seam-splits on transit.
