Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: Fairport Convention – Unhalfbricking – Original Vinyl LP album 1969.
Original UK Pressing from 1969.
First pressing released on pink Island ''block'' logo label design. and large font text ERNEST J DAY & CO LTD on rear sleeve.

A1, B1 Matrix Stamped
Vinyl Condition: VG (Lovely condition. The record is nice and clean and is in lovely condition especially for its age. There are some light sleeve lines and the odd very light mark but overall lovely condition. Record has a nice shine and has been very well cared for. The record plays very well with nice sound. There is some crackle at the start of each side but clears up quickly. Really nice audio and sound quality. There are no sticks or jumps at all. There are a few foxing marks to the centre labels but apart from that they are in nice condition with no writing at all. Overall a really nice condition record and is one of the nicest I have seen).
Inner Sleeve Condition: G (Generic plain inner is not the original I am guessing but is included anyway. I have of course put the record in a new clean polylined inner sleeve to protect it).
Outer Sleeve Condition: VG (Some very light edge and corner wear and some light creases. The odd mark but overall the sleeve really is in lovely condition and it will be hard to find better. It has been well cared for).
I grade my records as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
