Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us via eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. In many cases we are able to solve many problems without having you go through the effort of shipping a return back to us.

Damaged, defective or incorrect item
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, we will be more than happy correct the mistake. They will be replaced with the same title if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.

Returns
You may return any unopened item (except 7-inch vinyl recordings) within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Non-deliveries
Must be reported within 30 days of shipment notification.

Shipping and handling charges
Are not refundable, unless the product is being returned due to our error.
