This is part of a large auction featuring R&B, doo-wop and blues singles from several small independent labels of the 1950's/early 60's.
Here's the info on this item:

Release: Priscilla Bowman - Sugar Daddy / Don't You Come In Here

Format: 45 rpm 7" single

Year: 1957

Notes: Very hard to find original white label promo first pressing on Falcon. Absolutely stellar A-side that is a mix of R&B and blues, outstanding vocals. B-side is an equally strong, but more upbeat track. Bowman only released 8 singles during the 1950's, but has gained a cult following more recently as all of her know tracks have been reissued.

Vinyl Condition: VG+, Vinyl itself is in great condition with basically no wear at all. No needle drags, no warps, no hairline scuffs. There is some cosmetic hazing due to liquid exposure at some point. Plays and sounds great with no pop/skips and almost no background noise at all. Labels are not bad, but Sugar has some scuffing and Don't You has some color transfer. Again, I believe this is due to poor storage at some point that left it exposed to moisture. I would give the play grade a VG++ and cosmetics a VG, so overall grade is probably right on the line of VG/VG+.

Sleeve Condition: VG, outer sleeve is blank, but I believe it's original. Has some wrinkling and a small pencil number as well as some minor ruffling at the top. No tears/splits.

Please note, this will be shipped in a cardboard sandwich and a box to ensure this rarity arrives to you safely.

All records I sell have been personally cleaned and play tested. Check back in late-January for a rock 'n roll/rockabilly auction and a very cool selection of 78's after that.

I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.

I will combine shipping for anyone who wins more than one item.  If you do need combined shipping, please wait for an invoice before paying.
