ORIGINAL 1987 U.S. ELEKTRA LP – STERLING / SRC PRESSING
Excellent original 1987 U.S. vinyl pressing of Faster Pussycat's self-titled debut album on Elektra Records, catalog 60730-1 / 9 60730-1.
This copy has been identified through its deadwax as a Specialty Records Corporation (SRC) pressing mastered/cut at Sterling Sound, with the small STERLING stamp present on both sides.
VINYL CONDITION: VG+ – FULLY PLAY TESTED
The record has been play-tested and delivers exceptionally clean playback.
No noticeable background noise. No crackling. No repeated ticks. No skips.
Vinyl retains strong gloss with only light superficial sleeve/handling marks visible under direct lighting. These do not noticeably affect playback. Labels are clean and present very nicely.
I am conservatively grading the record VG+ based on visual appearance, despite its excellent playback.
COVER CONDITION: VG+
Original jacket presents very nicely with strong black-and-white artwork. Shows normal light age-related shelf/handling wear, minor edge/corner wear and some light rubbing/discoloration on the rear.
The original vintage Singin' Dog $3.99 retail price sticker remains attached to the upper-right front cover and has been left intact.
