Folly's Pool s/t 1977 LP EX Century private prog psych Fresno Acid Archives Folly's Pool s/t 1977 LP EX Century private prog psych Fresno Acid Archives
COVER: VG+
RECORD: EXC
NOTES: Original US 1977 release in nice shape. Cover looks nice on front, while back has some ringwear and signature of band member Jeff Carlson. Record plays great. I have always thought this record is underrated maybe because of the 1977 date and some people don't like the melodic folk rock sound on several tracks ( I personally like these tracks as they are above average for that mid-1970's California folk-rock sound).
GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.
I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
