GEORGE WALLINGTON QUINTET - JAZZ AT THE CARRIAGE TRADE / PRESTIGE LP 7032 / 1956 /
Rare original 12" lp Prestige DG RVG, 446 West 50th Street on back cover & labels.
Jacket is VG/VG-, it shows some general wear, has no writings, it looks like there weas some humidity damage by the spine that seems to have been carefully repaired, two super tiny tears off on top front and seams wear, no missing parts, the word jazz has been ink stamped on back on dead space, it looks ok overall, decent and in one piece.
Disc is nice VG+, glossy surface shows some thin hairlines & scuffs that are purely cosmetic, record plays really fine all through with loud, clear, deep sound, clean labels.
This one belonged to a local collector that passed away some years ago, his records spent a while poorly stored in a basement and this caused some humidity damage that basically affected the left portion of the sleeves.
This is actually not the perfect copy but a truly nice listener one. Don't miss the chance to add it to your collection!!
