Description

The George Wallington Quintet at the Bohemia featuring The Peck on the obscure Progressive label from 1955. Some of the players include a young Jackie McLean, Donald Byrd, Art Taylor, and Paul Chambers. RVG is etched in the trail off area. The vinyl is in VG+ condition, a few light marks that did not affect play when I listened to it. The labels and spindle hole are NM, very little signs of use. The laminated cover is in excellent condition, a 3/4" seam split at the top of the mouth, a small piece of lamination missing from the bottom right corner, shelf wear on the corners. The overall condition of this 50 year old rare diamond is excellent. This is definitely the holy grail of jazz collecting! If you have any questions please feel free to email me.
