Condition : cover is little less than perfect. It shows just some minimal impressions of creasing on the upper right corner and a few slight dirt due to aging, NEAR MINT / vinyl has few rubs caused by friction with the inner sleeve which do not affect at all the perfect listening, NEAR MINT

GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie vengono controllati sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i 33 giri in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1. Per EP e singoli a 45 giri utilizzo un Thorens TD 166 BC con testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All LPs in auction have been fully heard on a Rega Planar 3 turntable with a Grado Statement 1 moving magnet cartridge. I listen EPs and singles 45 rpm. on a Thorens TD 166 BC turntable with a Goldring 1006 MM cartridge. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : visto che Adriano Celentano ha innumerevoli fan sia in Italia che nel mondo la prima questione da porsi è la seguente : canta in questo film ? Nei crediti dell’album non c’è traccia di una sua partecipazione vocale così come di nessun’altro. Gli unici riferimenti alla musica riguardano il compositore Gino Santercole e Fabio Frizzi come arrangiatore. Ci sono tre canzoni nel disco : a1, a3 e b4. Nella prima sembrerebbe ravvisare la voce di Celentano mentre ripete "Alleluia, Alleluia" all’inizio ed alla fine della canzone. Il secondo brano è basato su vocalizzi privi di parole di senso compiuto espressi da un timbro vocale in ogni caso simile a quello del nostro cantante. Infine, la terza traccia dove nella canzone in lingua Inglese viene utilizzato una specie di megafono che in parte nasconde la vera identità di chi canta. Sebbene Gino Santercole, alcuni anni fa, avesse dichiarato che era stato lui stesso a cantare in questi brani, sono ancora oggi molti gli ammiratori che sostengono che in realtà sia proprio Celentano a cantare. Al di là di questi "amletici" dubbi, va detto che la colonna sonora offre molti spunti piacevoli. Elettronica, tarda disco music e un po' di funk sono le caratteristiche sonore maggiormente presenti nell’album. Non mancano comunque rock, folk e soul. Fra le tracce: "The Sound of Love" (a1), piacevole ballata scacciapensieri cantata in Inglese da un coro vocale con l’accompagnamento di un flauto in sottofondo. "Camminata Bellissima" (a2), un buon miscuglio fra strumenti elettronici e coretti femminili. "Bellissimo Slow" (a7) guidato da un'ottima chitarra elettrica e l'accompagnamento delle percussioni, ha caratteristiche sonore che ricordano la celebre "Samba Pa Ti" di Carlos Santana e del suo gruppo. Ugualmente in "Bellissimo" (b1) dove la chitarra è sostituita dal sassofono. "Due Passi Bellissimi" (b3) con buona musica dance, venature funky e coro in Inglese, "Primo Incontro" (b7) dall'atmosfera sognante e romantica evocata dalla dolcezza musicale dell’orchestra, "Voilà" (a4), a mio modesto avviso il miglior brano strumentale dell’album, caratterizzato dalle sonorità funky dei fiati, buona presenza di tastiere e chitarra e musica elettronica.

Notes : Adriano Celentano has countless fans both in Italy and in the world so the first question to ask is this: does he sing in this movie? In the album credits there is no trace of his vocal participation as well as anyone else. The only mentions to the music concern the composer Gino Santercole and Fabio Frizzi as arranger. There are three songs in the album: a1, a3 and b4. On the first it seems to discern the voice of Celentano repeating "Alleluia, Alleluia" at the beginning and at the end of the song. The second is based on wordless vocalisms by a tone in every case similar to that of our singer. Finally, the third track where the song in English partly hides the true identity of the singer due to the use of a kind of megaphone which alters his voice. Although Gino Santercole, a few years ago, has declared that he himself had sung in these tracks, there are still many admirers who argue that is just Celentano to sing. Beyond these "hamletic" doubts it must be said that the soundtrack has many nice ideas. Electronic sound, post-disco music and some funky vein are the prevalent features in the album. There are however rock, folk and soul. Among the tracks: "The Sound of Love" (a1), a pleasant and blithe ballad sung in English by a vocal chorus with the accompaniment of a flute in the background. "Camminata Bellissima" (a2), a good mix between electronic instruments and female choruses. "Bellissimo Slow" (a7), led by an excellent electric guitar and percussion's accompaniment, has sound characteristics that remind the well known "Samba Pa Ti" by Carlos Santana and his group. Likewise in "Bellissimo" (b1) where the guitar is replaced by the saxophone. "Due Passi Bellissimi" (b3) with good dance music, funky veins and chorus in English, "Primo Incontro" (b7) from the dreamy and romantic atmosphere evoked by the orchestra's mellow sonorities, "Voilà" (a4), in my humble opinion, the best instrumental track of the album, characterized by funky notes from the brass section, good presence of keyboards and guitar and electronic music.
