Description

New seller, old country novelty and television actor records. Up for auction is a unusual LP Vinyl Record by KEN CURTIS aka GUNSMOKE's "FESTUS" who SINGS AND TALKS ABOUT DODGE CITY and STUFF. Oddball Country-Hick  talkings and ramblings about stuff before each song. Generally there is several minutes talking than a two or three minute Country Styled song following.
Issued on HILLTOP / PICKWICK by Arrangement With CAPITOL RECORDS Label states HILLTOP RECORDS JS-6130 STEREO, EIGHT SONGS, EIGHT STORIES Back Cover States "Previously Released On Capitol Records"
Visually 12" 33rpm Vinyl Record Album looks, plays and sounds MINT MINUS Basically looks fairly close to brand new or played very little. Great near new looking shine, sheen and bright hi-gloss. No scuffs or hairlines noticed. Plays loud, clear, crisp and near new sounding clean. No tics or surface noise at all. Center label is clean and brightly colored with a visible spindle mark around sharp-cornered center hole on one side. 
Outer cover jacket has it's original tight fitting shrink wrap, 3" Inch square  shaped section of shrink missing at top right corner, 2" Inch break to shrink along bottom right corner edge, near new looking spline, seams and four corners super bright and clean looking front and back covers, original factory inner sleeve Outer cover grades VG++ to MINT MINUS due to light age wear and missing shrink
