This is a FIRST PRESS original MINT copy of the Capitol Records LP Gene Vincent Rocks & The Blue Caps Roll LP. I purchased this record at Record World on Nicollet in downtown Minneapolis in 1958. I wanted to keep it mint so I purchased a second copy and have Never played this record.
The record, cover and inner sleeve are MINT.

In the mid 1960's when Gene returned to the United States from England and South Africa I booked him and my band backed him at many venues in the mid west. He was more than a Rock & Roll singer, he was just a GREAT singer and a fun guy to know.
