Description

Nice EE- copy of GENNETT 5132 KING OLIVER & HIS CREOLE JAZZ BAND...the legendary recordings of WEATHER BIRD RAG / DIPPERMOUTH BLUES.....22 Year old LOUIS ARMSTRONG!!! ..a slight bit of wear on this nice clean copy..DIPPERMOUTH starts strong and quiet..5 slight tics during the first 1/3rd and then gets a bit noisier as it approaches the end..this also happens on WEATHER BIRD ( without the tics) but this is a standard occurance with all acoustical Gennetts..even if they are NEW they tend to get noisier towards the end of the record..no doubt something related to how they were pressed...regardless, rarely do they come this clean!
