First I want to point out a couple things...
-This record was only opened, admired, and then sadly boxed up into storage for collecting purposes.  It has never been played once.  It was merely something I bought out of impulse that I sadly have to put up for auction do to family crisis.  I wouldn't by any means consider this a USED item but merely an opened item.  
-The record also is not the complete Ghostbuster's soundtrack. Side A of the record features the single "Ghostbuster's" by Ray Parker Jr and also the "Ghostbuster's" rap by RUN DMC. Side B is smooth.
This entire package is strictly for collector's - or fans of the Stay Puft marshmallow man.  I have to say the packaging is pretty righteous and feels like a soft book case.  Very unique (Which is why I will be mummifying this thing on bubble wrap before it is shipped) but it also poses a risk for people who don't store their records properly.  
Inside the record case there were 3 holographic pictures of iconic scenes from the movie of Stay Puft.  These are about the size of the actual record so they'd be pretty cool to frame if you're a die-hard fan.  Also the record itself smells like marshmallows.  It is a very light smell and I tried to only savor it's goodness for a few seconds before I put the record back in it's sleeve and back into the package.  
The pictures should do plenty of justice to show you all that this package comes with but feel free to ask any questions that may pop up on your mind about it.  
These were limited and although I did read they were to be numbered - mine is not numbered (perhaps that was only through the Ghostbuster's store online).  I bought it at a local record store for $40 new (pretty hefty price for something that only has 2 songs on it but it is more of a collectible).
