M /Mint :  Schallplatte oder CD ist in einem absolut neuwertigem Zustand ist aber optisch sowie akustisch wie neu Fremdgeräusche sind nicht vorhanden. Auch das Cover zeigt keinerlei Abnutzungen.

M /Mint:  Record or CD is in a perfectly as new condition, but is visually as well as acoustically like new. Extraneous noises are not present.The cover also does not show any wear.

NM /Near Mint : Schallplatte oder CD wurde sehr selten gespielt.Es hat also noch keine Klangqualität verloren. Von geringem Ausmaß Gebrauchsspuren.  95 % einer M/Mint Platte. Cover: Das Cover weist geringfügige Abnutzungserscheinungen auf.

NM / Near Mint : Record or CD was played very rarely. It has therefore not yet lost any sound quality. Some slight traces of use. 95% of a M/Mint record . Cover: The cover displays minor signs of wear.

EX / Excellent : Schallplatte: Weissen keine wesentlichen Qualitätsverluste auf.Die Schallplatte kann optisch und akustisch Gebrauchsspuren enthalten.85 % einer M/Mint Platte. Cover: Ist gut erhalten, dabei mitunter sehr leicht abgenutzt, es können Ecken oder Kanten etwas beschädigt sein, aber niemals extrem.CD: Hat sehr geringe optische Gebrauchserscheinungen und spielt ohne Probleme ab.

EX / Excellent :Record: There are no significant losses in quality. The record can display traces of use, both visually and in terms of sound.85% of a M/Mint record . Cover: Is well preserved, sometimes very slightly worn: the corners or edges can be somewhat damaged, but never to a large extent. CD: Shows very minor signs of usage, visually, and plays without problems.

VG / Very Good : Schallplatte: Haarkratzer  sind vorhanden, jedoch kaum hörbar und nur gelegentlich, leichte Fremdgeräusche sind möglich aber niemals die ganze Zeit.   75 % einer M/Mint Platte. COVER: Zeigt Abreibungen, beschädigte Ecken oder leichte Einrisse so wie Coververklebung  oder Beschriftungen aber nur in leichter vorm.CD: Spielt ohne Probleme ab auch bei sichtbare feine Haarkratzer.

VG /Very Good : Record: Hairline scratches are present, but are hardly audible, and only occasionally. Some slight extraneous noises are possible,but never all the time.75% of a M/Mint record .COVER: Shows rubbings, damaged corners or slight tears, as well as cover-sticking or markings,but only to a small degree.   CD: Plays without any problems, even when there are visible fine hairline scratches.

G / Good : Schallplatte:An einigen Stellen können Verzerrungen oder größere Kratzer vorkommen. Akustisch sind Fremdgeräusche durch wiederholtes Abspielen vorhanden.Es könnte möglich sein, dass ein Grundrauschen so wie auch höchsten 1 Lied springen kann aber  trozdem ist die  Musik noch normal hörbar.50 % einer M/Mint Platte .Cover:weist deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen wie z.b. Flecken, kleine Risse, Stempel, Klebebandspuren , Coverklebung  oder Farbstifte.CD: hat starke Gebrauchsspuren.Es können 1 -2 Lieder beschädigt sein.

G / Good : Record: There can be distortions or larger scratches in some places. In terms of acoustics, extraneous noises are present, caused by repeated play. It could be possible that there is a background noise or that, at the most, 1 track can skip, but despite that, the music is still audible as normal. 50% of a M/Mint record .Cover: Shows clear signs of wear, such as, e.g., stains, small rips, stamps, marks left by adhesive tape, cover-sticking, or coloured pencils.CD: Displays strong traces of use. 1 – 2 songs can be damaged.

F/P (Fair/Poor) :Schallplatte:  lässt sich gerade noch abspielen, aber mit sehr schlechter Soundqualität. 25 % einer M/Mint Platte.Cover:ist nur noch unvollständig erhalten.  CD:stark abgenutzt und spielt nicht mehr ohne Hänger und Sprünge.

F/P (Fair/Poor) :Record: Can still just about be played, but with very bad sound quality.        
25% of a M/Mint record .Cover: Is only partially intact.  CD: Heavily worn and no longer plays without hanging and skipping.
