Cover has strong graphics with minor wear.  There is a small split near the center that looks like it was stabbed with a knife(!) [See last pic]

Record has bright vinyl with a couple of light marks.  Plays great and sounds appropriately creepy.

Labels are clean with a few light spindle marks.
