Artist: HELEN MERRILL
Title: “Helen Merrill”
Label: EmArcy Jazz. Label is blue with silver text, drummer logo. Jacket is heavily laminated with blue reverse. Monaural pressing on medium thick vinyl, with deep groove. Catalog number is MG 36006.
Year: 1955.
Personnel: Helen Merrill – vocals; Clark Terry – trumpet; Danny Banks – flute; Jimmy Jones – piano; Barry Galbraith – guitar; Milt Hinton or Oscar Pettiford – bass; Osie Johnson or Bobby Donaldson – drums.
Condition:
DISC: Vinyl is gorgeous NEAR MINT, as clean as can be found. The playing surface is immaculate, with a high luster on both sides, perhaps played once. Plays flawlessly with superb fidelity, no background. Labels are clean and pristine. An outstanding piece.
JACKET: Jacket is NEAR MINT with clean, brilliant front art work. Seams, spine, and corners are excellent. Reverse is clean and pristine. No writing, stickers, cutout indications, or other flaws. You will not find a nicer copy anywhere!
Comes with original vintage EmArcy Records factory inner sleeve in NM condition.
