condition: VG++ (Vinyl is shiny and in wonderful shape all around! There are a few surface scuffs/marks/hairlines that do not effect play, nothing at all deep or notable. A truly fine playing copy with no loud or intrusive pops or noise, just a touch of normal light crackle before the actual music starts. Music plays STRONG and LOUD through both sides. Labels look fantastic as well with no writing or major marks or wear, just a hint of wear in the form of a few very small spots that are not at all visually distracting. A truly top copy of this AMAZINGLY RARE Promo/DJ VERVE 45!!! 
 
EXTREMELY RARE in-demand Northern Soul by THE HIGH KEYS. LIVING A LIE b/w LET'S TAKE A CHANCE (VK-10423). Both sides are KILLER heart-wrenching Northern Soul monsters! This is the VERY RARE original blue & black label VERVE SPECIAL DISC JOCKEY RECORD PROMO. Past copies of this RARE 45 in VG+ condition have sold for well upwards of 300 dollars; a real Northern Soul MONSTER of a 45 with an ever increasing demand, well deserving of it's amazing reputation!
