Description

Horace Silver Quintet-"Finger Poppin' With The Horace Silver Quintet" LP.  1959 Blue Note Records (Mono/BLP-4008/47 West 63rd Address/Deep Groove/RVG & Ear in deadwax both sides).  Rare/original/in-demand late 50's Hard Bop Jazz LP by the great pianist.  Cover has minor wear in corners/edges/front/back but nice front cover graphics.  Record has surface marks/scuffs & is somewhat noisey w/crackles & mild pops throughout (more evident in ballads than uptempo tracks)-still an enjoyable listen.
In the next several months, I will be listing many original 1950's & 1960's original pressing Jazz records.  Blue Note, Prestige, Riverside, Jazzland, Contemporary, Pacific Jazz, Atlantic, & many other labels.  They all came from a longtime collector who collected the best he could find & took care of his records.  Please add/bookmark Skvinyl to your favorite seller list.
