Description
Blue Note BST 84058 early stereo pressing vinyl with '47 WEST 63rd NYC' labels in a later jacket, BNS 40013 UK reissue from 1977 under United Artists Music.
Cover: VG+, later 1977 UK reissue BNS 40013 with wear around corners.
Record: VG++, 'RVG STEREO' stamped in runout with 47 West 63rd NYC labels, early pressing but neither side with a deep groove.

For shipping to the USA, up to 5 single CDs can go by lettermail WITHOUT the jewel case (where possible) for $8; digipak CDs, double CD sets, boxed sets and LPs will cost $17 and $2 for each additional.
For shipping to Europe and Asia, single CDs, double CD sets, boxed sets and LPs will cost $60 for the first and $10 for each additional paid for at the same time.

There may be faster shipping methods available at a higher cost, which are more secure and will include insurance.
