Details:
My Reference and Grading Audio System:
Audio grading is done with a pitch perfect KAB Broadcast Standard Technics 1210 Turntable and a Grado 78E Cartridge designed for Mono 78 record playback. (If you love vintage records and don't have one of these you owe it to yourself to hear what it can do for your 78s)
Check out the KAB Broadcast Standard: http://www.kabusa.com/kab_bst.htm
******Grado 78E specs so you can compare my grading cartridge to your listening cartridge:
http://www.needledoctor.com/Grado-78E-Cartridge
Amp is a Vintage Eico HF-81 set for Mono playback. Speaker: Single Mono Vintage University Coax. I feel this is a very close to authentic set up. I grade with Bass and Treble settings at zero for the most reliable read of actual record quality
Payment:
Paypal preferred. Personal checks (US only) are fine, but record will not ship until check clears. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED. (Sorry, too many problems in the past)
Packing of Fragile Records:
I use a variation of the method shown at this link:
