Description
This is the first LP by the highly underrated Help Yourself. The band is very much a vehicle for the songwriting talents of Malcolm Morley, but it also features the excellent guitar work of Richard Treece. This is an original pressing of the album, which is hard to find these days. A fine example of British country-influenced rock.

Condition: Vinyl is in VG++ condition, with excellent shine, no scratches, and no wear. There are a few minor surface marks, and light spindle marks. It plays very well, with only occasional clicks/pops but some occasional surface noise, mostly on side A.
Sleeve is VG+. Just a small amount of ring wear and a few creases in the lamination. No tears or sticker marks.
