Description

Horace Silver - Further Explorations LP

Description: Mono deep groove first pressing Horace Silver, piano jazz LP also featuring Art Farmer, trumpet; Cliff Jordan, tenor sax; Teddy Kotick, bass; and Louis Hayes, drums

Year: 1958

Label/Number: Blue Note 1589 Mono (deep groove, "RVG" and Ear stamped in dead wax on both sides)

Conditions:

Jacket/Sleeve: VG+ (top and bottom seams split about 4 inches on right hand side, double sided tape applied to front right center and back left center of cover by previous owner to attach old plastic outer sleeve, I have not attempted to remove this tape and will leave it up to the new owner to attempt to remove or leave as-is)

Vinyl: VG (surface scuffs and marks, nice gloss, plays well on my turntable with occasional background noise and a few light clicks and pops, no skips or repeats, the music is still very much enjoyable on this classic first pressing LP)
