Description
This is the original deep-groove RVG-etched “P”-pressing of Horace Silver “Quintet” on the Lexington Avenue labels of Blue Note BLP 5062. The flat rim playing surface is in excellent condition, with just two inaudible scuffs on the first track of Side 1 and four tics near the beginning of Side 2. The coated frame Lexington Ave. cover is clean throughout; rubbing along the seams; 1 ¼” split at the opening of the bottom seam; small writing at the upper left and right corners of the back slick.
