  • Catalogue Number:  ILPS 9111
  • Matrix Numbers: A3/B4 - Machine Stamped
  • Labels - Pink Island with large Island "i" - labels are immaculate with minimal ringwear.
The vinyl has been professional cleaned on an Okki Nokki machine and play graded on a Clear Audio deck, MVL amp and Sonus Faber Concerto speakers. Overall sound quality is superb throughout without only minimal background hiss on very quiet moments. The album lies perfectly flat on the deck and is free from scratches, spindle marks and fingerprints. There are two non play impacting hairline marks but you have to look close to see these. No clicks, pops, jumps or any other imperfection. A superb vinyl - rare in this condition. Overall classification  Excellent + - under classifying due to the slight bit of background hiss.   The Ernest J. Day gatefold sleeve is in Excellent + condition, no pen marks, no creasing, the spine is superb and clearly readable, all edges and corners are intact. A tiny bit of shelf wear to the top and a little (very little really) wear to the record entry point. Best I've seen in a long time. Highly recommended early Island pressing of a very collectable album.
