Shipping includes a PRO MAILER with cardboard backing and a TRACKING NUMBER. I will ship International but: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WILL GO THROUGH THE EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING CENTER--which means you will pay for all shipping costs including registered shipping, taxes, tariffs and fees. It could be expensive. Do not ask me to ship direct. I will not. I am an old collector, I know how to pack and ship! SWEET JESUS, look at my other records--how many near MINT records have I listed? NONE--I NEVER list Near Mint on records because people ALWAYS find something to complain about, but here is the story with this HOLY GRAIL of US power metal: I got it SEALED! yes, I found one sealed, gently opened it leaving the shrink in tact and then played it once to record! I am now playing it again on my turntable with a new ortofone needle and it sounds FLAWLESS. It sounds and looks, dare I say it--MINT! oh man. PLEASE do not ask for any partial refunds after getting this record. It is EXACTLY as i am describing. If you want a refund, for ANY REASON, I will grant you a full refund, shipping included, AFTER the record is safely returned--hows that sound?
