This particular item was belonged to old Manager of Barranca Radio, in north of Lima.
A & C Labels with promo stamps that consign: "PROMOCION".  B & D in clean form without stamps or writings.
Front cover has a particular sticker with Radio Barranca logo. Back Cover has a little sticker that consigns a private code number:  BAU 41161
The image of "Death" appears in front and back cover. Both are the same

Vinyl & Labels in VG+ to EXC conditions. Plays superb!
Non Gatefold Promo Cover (in solid cardboard paper) looks in VG++
Finally, the item comes with original plastic bag cover
