This is the sixth album by the group Chilean of Inti-Illimani published during their exile.

Recorded at the turn of the 1976 and 1977, this record returns to the themes and musical choices he faced two years earlier in Hacia la libertad and thus is characterized by being composed almost entirely of completely new materials for the group. The only exception is the reincisione (for the fourth time) of Juanito Laguna remonta a barrilete , one of the very first songs recorded by the group, which is still frequently performed live. The other nine tracks we have some songs written by some of the members of the group and linked closely to current Chilean ( Todas the lluvias , No nos someterán , Alborada Vendra ) together with pieces by important movement of the Nueva Canción Chilena ( Sergio Ortega , Patricio Manns and Victor Jara , which recovered 2 tracks). Half of the songs are arranged by Sergio Ortega (tracks 1, 3, 4, 8 and 10), and the other by the group itself. Between tracks worth highlighting Creemos el hombre nuevo with the music of the Italian composer Giorgio Gaslini and the text of the Spanish poet Rafael Alberti , too long in exile in Italy.

Within the disk appears a short song written by Victor Jara from his album La población .

Vigorous and powerful is Chile Resistencia where the harmonic processing is at a high level, a strong eleventh agreement that resolves on a seventh scanned from bottom to start the song is a lesser form of introduction now far away from the simplicity of character songs Andean. The binary rhythm and peremptory does not even compare to that of el pueblo unido ... least because of the guitar note with low scanned strongly from rasgueadi. In America Novia Mia highlights how with simple chords and with the right rhythm you can create everything, the song is quiet and sunny, the heat of a text that speaks of love to a land like the beloved woman emanates from the warm notes of guitar in a chord modal with the typical effect of increased passage lower of the first and second verse, the second verse sung in chorus has a progression which gives it a hortatory tone appealing that comes in the chorus with added through a charango seventh for the key change, only the chorus appears a minor seventh and deadlift with quenas there is the guitar that holds a vacuum retainer agreement, known dissonant.

Note About Shipping To The U.S.
We are located in Canada, but have registered ourselves on eBay.com instead of eBay.ca because it gives us significantly better global exposure.  The problem with this is that eBay wants us to charge shipping appropriate to US, where media mail and other options make for fairly reasonable delivery costs. We tried it for a while but ended up losing money on shipping or having to cancel the orders because we couldn't afford to ship for those rates. To manage this we have set the US shipping to run a calculator based on an American location (we chose Plattsburgh as fairly close) and charging according to UPS pricing.  This avoids the cancellation issue, but appears to the buyer to be a prohibitive shipping cost and misrepresents the shipping as being only expedited. If you give us your postal code we will see if we can offer a more reasonable option, but generally we can get a single LP by air to most places in the continental US for $11, a few bucks less for ground.
