The WAX: Mint, Green Version is very rare appx 200, made for friends and to trade.
The Sleeve: Mint plus Insert
Extras : I got this copy from a roomate of a band member, so this copy was given to him by the drummer, included is a "Proof" for the printing of the 1st pressing's cover, It is a 2 sided 7" x 7" sheet with the art work that would appear on the 1st pressing w/ the Red Letters, As you can see also is included the 2nd Pressing's cover which has black letters but also a diffrent version of the back cover's iron cross.

Feat. John of UK's 77 punk band Unwanted on bass. Regular version has title in red, 100 made of a "trade edition" on green vinyl & slightly different cover (title in black and slightly lower), lyric sheet & labels are different. Other sources say 1000 on black and 200 on green.
