Description
This folk / psych trio was fronted by Jack Grunsky and made four albums that were released only in Austria, all very difficult to find nowadays. I think this might have been their last album but I'm not sure and can't find any definitive info anywhere. I can't spot any year of release on the record either but a qualified guess is 1967-68 (the group formed in 1966 and only lasted a few years).
You'll need this for the Jack Grunsky-compositions, great folk / psych with a clear, crisp and even innocent sound. Caught just in the transition between the earlier sixties folk sound and the "now sound", this is high class songwriting and a band that deserves wider appraise.
This is an original copy on Austrian label Amadeo (AVRS 9247 St). It's also a PROM0TIONAL COPY (it has "Not for sale - Unverkäuflich" stamped on the label and also there's a sticker placed on the back seam of the cover that reads "Unverkäufliche Freiplatte".
Record is in beautiful condition, looks unplayed and sounds likewise.
Conservatively graded as VG++. Laminated cover has some damage to back seam and a beginning seamsplit at the bottom seam. Still I'm splitting hairs here cause it's in great condition and what a beautiful cover it is!! Also VG++.
