Description
James Carr "Lover's Competition" b/w "I Can't Make It" 45 rpm record (Goldwax 112; mono). This obscure 1965 double-sided Northern Soul record, which did not make the Billboard Top 100 pop charts, is an original pressing that plays in VG+ to VG++ condition. There is light surface noise but the music dominates. Visually, the record looks VG+ but it plays better than it looks. The gold labels, which have clear tape over the song titles on both sides and a tiny tear on the A side, are otherwise clean. Winner pays $4 for 1st Class Mail or $7 for Priority postage in the U.S. Postage is $10 to Canada for up to three (3) 45s, or $15 for up to three (3) 45s sent to any other location outside the U.S. Double record sets count as two, triple sets count as three, etc. PLEASE NOTE: The U.S. Post Office on Jan. 27, 2013, more than doubled the cost of mailing one 45 out of the country, so my current international shipping costs reflect that huge increase. I will make no profit from these higher mailing costs. Multiple purchases shipped simultaneously result in big postage savings. Please visit my ebay store (Bud's Music) to check out hundreds more soul and other 45s, LPs and CDs.
