Description

Here's a very nice copy of Jesse Johnson's two-sided soul monster (Old Town 1195) “Left Out” b/w “A Hundred Pounds of Clay”. The record is in VG condition overall (conservative), with very little groove wear (a real issue with styrene pressings), and it plays very well, loud and clear, with only some minor crackle in the silent lead in and lead out grooves. There are some inaudible scuffs on the b-side and a number of minor scratches typical of a record that wasn't stored in a sleeve. The labels have some wear and soiling, and there is some wrinkling of the paper. There is no warp or edge chipping (another big problem with styrene), and only one minor ding on the edge. Near mint copies of this record have brought $800-$1000 on eBay, and a beat copy brought $550. If you want something in between, this one might be for you.

First class shipping to the US will be $1.59 and air mail to the UK will be $5.05 (in a standard 45 mailer).

Please read the terms and conditions shown below before bidding. Thanks for looking, and good luck!

Terms and Conditions

By bidding on this auction, the bidder affirms that he or she has read the following terms and agrees to them in full.  Please resolve any questions before bidding.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, or your money back. Refunds will be only be issued once the item is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.

To be fair to all bidders, I will never end an auction early at the request of a bidder, nor will I reveal the reserve price (if any).

US bidders may pay by money order, certified check, personal check, or PayPal.  International bidders may pay by international money order (in US dollars), or PayPal.  US currency is fine, but please send it registered mail for safety.  Payment must be received within 10 business days of the end of the auction.  Personal checks and PayPal e-checks must clear before shipment.  I do not accept checks drawn on non-US banks!!

The buyer pays the exact cost of shipping and insurance from my most convenient dropoff location, unless specifically noted in the item description.  There are no hidden handling or other surcharges.  I will always combine shipping on multiple items to give the buyer the lowest possible shipping cost.

For shipping to US addresses, I prefer USPS First Class mail for small light items,  Priority Mail for moderate sizes and weights, and FedEx ground for large heavy items. I will consider other methods when appropriate. Be sure to let me know if you have any preference.

Insurance is at the buyer's option, but I will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if the buyer declines insurance coverage.

I will gladly issue positive feedback once the buyer has acknowledged receipt of the item in satisfactory condition by email, or has expressed satisfaction by giving me positive feedback.

For international buyers:

All items will be declared as merchandise on the customs declaration.  I will not declare the value of the shipment to be less than the insured amount.  Any taxes, fees, or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

I will not knowingly violate or attempt to violate import restrictions for a particular country.  Any sale will be considered null and void if it would violate any such restriction.

Mail and parcel delivery to certain European countries can be very slow.  Please be patient!
