Description
This Jethro Tull - Stand Up stereo LP (ILPS-9103) on the pink Island label is an early pressing on 165gm vinyl with A2/B2 matrix numbers. The disc itself still has a very high gloss. There is some light spindle marking on the labels and no hole wear. I would grade the vinyl as excellent. (Please see photographs for a better idea of record quality.)
The original UK patented poly lined inner sleeve is in very good condition.
The non laminated gatefold sleeve (Ernest J Day) is in very good condition with no ringwear.The internal pop up of the band is as new. There is a small amount of wear on the open edge and corners. The spine is in good condition for a non laminated sleeve and the text is just legible.
I bought the album from new and it has been kept upright in a custom built cupboard away from light and damp in virtually dust free conditions since then. It had minimal playings when bought and has been unplayed since - apart from the check I carried out recently prior to listing it on Ebay.
All tracks play perfectly and sound quality is excellent for an album of this age.
The LP will be sent in a strong brown LP mailer with stiffener. Additional packaging and tracking will be used for overseas mail.
