HERE IS A CHANCE TO PICK UP A 1972 UK FIRST PRESSING OF THE JETHRO TULL 12" STEREO VINYL ALBUM "THICK AS A BRICK" IN VG+ CONDITION

IDENTIFIED AS A FIRST PRESSING WITH THE GARROD & LOFTHOUSE GATEFOLD NEWSPAPER SLEEVE WITH THE HEAVY CARD OUTER COVER, 2ND GENERATION UK CHRYSALIS LABELS WITH ONLY CHRYSALIS LOGO & NO ISLAND RECORDS LOGO OR INVOLVEMENT ON THE LABELS. NO OUTER RIM TEXT

PLAYTESTED: YES
VINYL VG+, GLOSSY VINYL, HAS LIGHTEST OF MARKS ONLY, STRONG PUNCHY CLEAR AUDIO THROUGHOUT, PLAYS WITH NO STICKING OR JUMPING. A LITTLE BACKGROUND NOISE AND CRACKLE IN PLACES. ONE OR TWO CLICKS OCCASIONALLY APPEAR ON SIDE 2 BUT NOTHING THAT GOES ON AND ON. OVERALL IS A FANTASTIC SOUNDING ALBUM.
GARROD & LOFTHOUSE GATEFOLD SLEEVE IS VERY GOOD. HAS THE HEAVIER CARD FIRST EDITION OUTER SLEEVE, HAS EDGEWEAR AND NOTICEABLE WEAR ALONG SPINE WITH A 4CM SPLIT AT THE TOP. INTERNAL NEWSPAPER PAGES HAVE SOME CREASING AND ARE AGE BROWNED. 3CM SPLIT AT TOP OF ONE PAGE. LYRICS AND MUSICIANS CREDITS ON PAGE 7. INNER IS VERY GOOD, CREASING AND LIGHT AGE BROWNING

Vinyl Will Have Obvious Signs Of Wear, Will Play With No Major Faults, But May Have Some Surface Noise Good – Sleeve Will Have Significant Wear/Damage. Vinyl Will Have A Fair Amount Of Surface Damage, Will Play With No Jumps Or Sticks, But Will Have Significant Surface Noise Fair – Sleeve Will Be Badly Damaged, Vinyl Will Have A Lot Of Damage, Will Play With Surface Noise And May Jump/Stick Etc.
