JIMI HENDRIX - ELECTRIC LADYLAND 2 LP

TRACK 613008 FROM 1968

MATRIX A-1/B-1 ON BOTH RECORDS

JIMI HENDRIX: Electric Ladyland, UK Track 613008/9 1968 1st pressing STEREO LP (stereo only). Hyper rare 1st pressing with the blue text cover and the large pictures inside gatefold. Adding to this, this in a truly exceptional copy! Labels have the inverted cat. numbers, only on first pressings. Matrixes are as follows, side A;D;B;C respectively (x's mean that the original stamped matrix is scracthed out by hand; all 1st pressings have this feature): 613 00 x x 8 (8 by hand) A // 1; 613 00 x 8 (8 by hand) B//1; 613 00 x 9 A (9 A by hand) // 1; 613 009 B (all by hand) xxxxxxxxx //1.

VINYLS are just beautiful, barely played EXCELLENT-, played once or twice, only a few of the most ultra thin, extremely hard to see hairlines, seen under the strongest light only, one light scuff on side D, one small hairline on side C. Discs have that 'as new gleam' that record collectors like to see. Sound is superb .

THE 'NUDES' COVER is EXCELLENT near perfect spines, only minimal fading of the laminate-shinyness (inavoidable), a few laminate creases near back spine on front and back. Overall, one of the top 3 blue text 1st press covers I have ever seen for this LP.

GRADINGS

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised, as Sealed or Unplayed will be mint.

EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, possibly with light surface marks but there will be very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD + The record may have scuff marks and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly throughout, with only barely detectable crackles or pops. A slight noise at the beginning is allowable, but the remainder must be nearly flawless. Definitely no scratches or gouges that a touch with a dry finger can feel. The cover may only have the slightest signs of normal wear.

VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

ALL RECORDS ARE PACKED IN PROPER MAILERS WITH STIFFENERS
