JIMMY PAGE vs ALBERT LEE

180-gram vinyl, includes a CD of the album

Recorded at Olympic Studios, Barnes, England, 1968

Before becoming the driving force behind Led Zeppelin, guitarist Jimmy Page was a session man, hawking his talent to dozens of bands on the British beat scene, including this 1968 session for fledgling singer Keith De Groot's debut album. However, whatever talent De Groot had was swiftly eclipsed by the sheer force of his backing band, which included future Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones, keyboard legend Nicky Hopkins, and guitar hero Albert Lee, whose lightning fast licks and Fender Telecaster soon made him an icon of British rock. Also featuring Big Jim Sullivan, Chris Hughes & Clem Cattini.

TRACKS:

Boll Weevil Song / Rave On / One Long Kiss / Lovin' Up a Storm / Livin' Lovin' Wreck / Down the Line / Breathless / Everyday

GRADING. Grading is visual only unless otherwise stated. I go by Goldmine standards and try to be conservative. I will play grade on certain items only - it is just impossible for me to play grade everything I put on EBAY. MINT means factory sealed, never opened or played. NM is opened but in visually brand new, out-of-the-packaging clean condition. NM- is not NM! Its a grade above VG++ and below Near Mint - it does not imply perfect. In my terminology Scratches are feeler type and Scuffs are just cosmetic and usually inaudible.

DISCLAIMER. Due to the number of frivolous returns which were unwarranted, and due to the nature of sound recorded products that can be easily copied, there will no longer be a free return policy. I will charge a $10.00 return fee for all returns - this amount will be deducted from the Paypal refund of the returned item. If item is truly defective the entire purchase amount will be refunded as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sent.

***BUYER PAYS FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING FEES.***
