JOE COCKER "!" LP on A&M SP-4224
WHITE LABEL PROMO!
Classic LP from one of the most influential singers of all time. Featuring other classic rock heroes like Leon Russell and Sneaky Pete. DJ Sample Promo Copy w/ Promo sticker on back.
White Label Promos or WLP's are considered "first among originals" in regards to getting as close to the source as possible. These were intended for radio broadcasters, reviewers and music executives and were the first records off the manufacturing plant, so some collectors consider them to come from "hot stampers" with a superior quality. They are also far rarer than their retail counterparts.
Vinyl is VG+/EX, very small surface marks that do not adversely affect play. Sleeve is a solid VG with edgewear and marks. There's small pen writing too w/ the times up top. We could have easily swapped out a cleaner sleeve but we believe the promo sticker is an important part of the piece. Please see photos.

** All items are shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailer and packed with protective cardboard inserts. Vinyl is shipped outside of its original sleeve to prevent seam splitting! **
