- Description:
Original 1984 UK limited edition FIVE MONO vinyl LP set comprising 82 recordings interspersed with many extracts of fascinating session conversation and false starts. Each LP sleeve bears a detailed track by track analysis of the enclosed recordings. There is an LP-size 34-page booklet containing an introduction by Sam C. Phillips; an overview of Johnny Cash's recording career during the Sun years; a newly researched biography of Cash in the Sun years; a detailed session discography; photo, cuttings and memorabilia. All five LPs come housed together within a textured & gold embossed picture box. The box is showing some seam splits and edge scuffing but is wholly intact whilst the records themselves are in NEAR-MINT condition to MINT condition save for an inaudible mark on Disc 1.
