JOHNNY GRIFFIN “Introducing” FIRST PRESSING, RVG, P, DG, FR, Blue Note 1533 Mono Vinyl

This is the 1957, First Pressing, Frame Cover, RVG etched, Deep Groove, P pressing of JOHNNY GRIFFIN’s “The Congregation” on the “767 Lexington Ave” labels of Blue Note BLP 1533.

VINYL surface is worn, many hairline marks, a handful feelable. Vinyl plays with medium loud surface noise, pops and ticks, aka crackle. But music signal is clear through the noise.  A powerful classic Blue Note recording.  The Deep Groove “767 Lexington Ave” labels show wear and marks.  See photos.

FRAME COVER is in okay shape, corners worn. Ringwear. Seams and spine show cracking and wear. "BLUE NOTE RECORDS, 767 Lexington Ave., New York 21" back jacket shows wear, stains. Please see photos.

This LP was play-tested on a high-end audio system. RECORD CLEANED ON ULTRASONIC AUDIO DESK SYSTEME VINYL PRO CLEANER.
