Vintage James Brown & his Famous Flames Record 'Try Me' 635. This item is in great condition. The cover is damaged in that it has some scratches and marks on its front and back as well as some pen writing from its former owner on the back. It also has some wear on its edges and has large rips on its top and bottom edges. (Makes it open like a book) However, it has done a good job of protecting the record. The record sleeve has some tears like the cover, but not as extensive. The record itself has some tiny scratches and some dust on it, but I don't think the scratches are extensive enough to mess with the playing quality. (I can't test it, so I don't know) The serial # of this record is 635. This was manufactured by King Records in Cincinnati, Ohio and would be great for any collection or could be played.

Payment Terms
Colorado residents must pay 2.9% for state tax. Buyer to prepay $4.50 for shipping. International bidders please send address at close of auction for shipping total, insurance costs etc.
Payment may be made by cashier's check, money order or personal check, or PayPal. Please allow ten (10) days for personal checks to clear the bank before shipping. Include your shipping address with all correspondence. International Buyers will pay actual shipping, plus a nominal packaging fee, to be determined at end of auction.
Payment is due within seven (7) days of auction close. If payment is not received within seven (7) days of auction close, Buyer forfeits all rights to purchase and Seller reserves the right to re list the item for sale.
Shipping.
Seller uses USPS Priority Mail, First class, Media and Parcel Post. All bidders will pay a small handling fee and the shipping fees. Which are quoted in all listings. As a rule I pick the least expensive shipping unless the buyer requests otherwise. If in doubt of the quoted shipping price please e-mail shipping questions.
Seller will not be responsible for lost, damaged or missing parts of items shipped without insurance.. I try the best I can with Packaging, I can not control the person handling the package after It leaves my location. The quoted shipping Charges ($4.50) do not include the insurance or tracking cost. Generally insurance is $1.65 per $50.00 insured.
It is the buyers responsibility to contact both the shipper and seller for an insured item that is lost or damaged, You must file the claim. I will send to you, via email, insured or tracking certificate issued by the post office.
Seller will not refund shipping/handing charges, the listing fee, or Fees Incurred with paypal, etc..
Conditions:
