Listed as used, but only played once copy of the superb Jamiroquai compilation on black vinyl LP.
This LP is in exactly the same condition as from brand new. I am only selling it for space and I had it on compact disc already.
Although it has been played once, I like to be specific about condition. I often find grades conceal the things record buyers actually want to know about.
Sleeve: Still in its neatly opened shrink wrap. On the back cover, there are some very light pressing marks from the manufacturing process under the shrink wrap. Scarcely noticeable.
Inner sleeves: As new with no splits.
Discs: As new, played once. The discs do have manufacturing marks on them, but sound excellent. No pops, non-fill or scraping surface noise present on any of the tracks on my turntable. Just light occasional light vinyl ticks (mostly in the fade outs/silence between tracks and occasional ambient vinyl noise. I do know the difference between occasional ticks and loud pops; the discs have no pops on them whatsoever. On the first disc (and to a lesser extent the second), there are a number of scuffy marks and lines on the disc from brand new. Having looked online, this is common to the pressing (I don't know why the pressing plants can't be more careful). They are all aesthetic and do not affect play. At the very, very end of side 1 and side 3 there is a tiny amount of surface noise as the needle moves into the dead wax just after the end of the song. Other than that, just occasional clicks.
Sound quality is generally excellent throughout all 4 sides of the album.
Opportunity for a bargain. This is LP is as new and the manufacturing marks are blemishes, but minor. This is subjective of course so please don't bid if things like this are an issue for you. Really hope it goes to a good home. UK bidders only unless using the GSP. Thanks for looking.
