I'm a little conservative on my conditions due to being fearful of someone's interpretation of certain conditions being different than mine....so, they are probably even BETTER than the condition listed. I do believe that grading records is a subjective thing, so some people's interpretation of a records grading might be different than mine, so PLEASE....if you are unhappy with your purchase or don't agree with my grading....just contact me and we can work it out. Buyer agrees to pay $4.00 for shipping & handling. I accept Paypal & checks. Please take notice of my 4 day handling time. Good luck!
