Description

"Where No One Else Has Been," by Jeff Glaze, released on Cloud Records in the U.S. in 1973. Outstanding private lp out of Arizona, every track a perfectly hewn slice of folk-pop psych, with rich string arrangements and solid vocals. Hippie aesthetics permeate the record, from the sparkling acoustics and the innocent, yearning Love Generation lyrics to the sunbaked cover and the psychedelic drawings on the folded lyric insert. Some Xian references in the titles and lyrics, but subdued overall. Not listed in the Archivist and seemingly undocumented elsewhere. Standout record with memorable, tuneful music. It's staggering that this record should be so unknown. Highest recommendation. Vinyl in excellent condition. Cover with a trace of ringwear and edgewear.
