Description
I am a 40+ year collector of LPs and 45s from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. All of the LPs and 45s I have listed on eBay are from my personal collection.
I have also been an audiophile for 40 years (analog only). The records listed have been play-graded on high quality equipment (turntable, tone-arm, cartridge, pre-amp, amp, speakers, and subwoofers). My system picks up the slightest surface noise on vinyl; i.e., ticks, pops, hiss, and sibilants due to groove wear. The standard I have used in adding a record to my collection has been how well it played (no surface noise present) in addition to how it looked. Over my years of collecting I have continuously upgraded my personal collection of Beatles records to where almost all of them play as new. To me, this means quiet surfaces; i.e., no ticks, pops, crackle, or hiss in the music or the dead wax.
The outer covers of LPs have been stored in polyethylene sleeve protectors since I acquired them. I have also removed the record from opened LPs to prevent seam splits.
I have used strict grading standards of the UK publication Record Collector. I hope you find something you can add to your collection and enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed vinyl records for the last 58 years.

This LP is Surrealistic Pillow by Jefferson Airplane. The original LP was issued in 1967. This audiophile LP was issued by DCC Compact Classics in 1997 and was mastered by the renowned Steve Hoffman from the original analogue stereo master tapes. The LP was pressed on 180+ gram virgin vinyl and the jacket is an exact replica of the original 1967 jacket. All of the DCC issued LPs and CDs are long out of print. The catalog number is LPZ – 2033. It is a very early pressing, #249.
This LP is in mint condition and is as-new. It is flawless. I purchased it new and only played a couple tracks on it once. I'm a mono guy and have a mint mono copy of the original 1967 pressing so this DCC stereo version was never played. The jacket has a small crease in the upper left corner of the front panel only. Otherwise it is flawless with no sign of wear on either side. The LP has sat unplayed and even unmoved since I bought it when it was released in 1997.
Payment, Shipping, and Returns:
Please do not remit payment until you receive an invoice. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All boxes and other shipping materials are new. Each LP is carefully packaged in custom made LP mailing boxes with new cardboard stiffeners (the exact size of the mailing box) on the top and bottom of the LP so it is tight and secure within the mailer. The record is removed from the sleeve cover, except in the case of sealed LPs, to avoid seam splits in transit. Shipping costs include only the actual costs of shipping and the required shipping materials. Shipping services within the US are USPS Media Mail. The shipping cost for this double LP within the US is $6.00. If the buyer wishes it shipped via USPS Priority Mail, the cost is $12.00
Shipping costs vary widely outside the US. International shipping services are either USPS International or Federal Express International. For all locations outside the US please contact me for an exact shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties. All shipping services include a signed-for receipt.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the record for a full refund of your purchase price. The record must be returned in the same condition, and in the same manner, in which it was shipped.
